This is a fabulous Faberge style pendant with an art deco motif. It is made of sterling silver then finished with an 18kt yellow gold overlay. The egg is also decorated with faceted light purple colored quartz, Austrian crystals purple guilloche and black opaque enamel. It has an unusual square domed bail that culminates with a garnet cabochon. This pendent was delicately crafted by Russian jewelers through elaborate and laborious efforts.
